Project 1
Faced with the challenge of showcasing a new build, DRB partnered with Off The Ground. The resulting drone footage and virtual walkthrough, captured both the exterior and interior, effectively highlighted the property's key features and surrounding environment, overcoming previous marketing hurdles and leading to a successful sale.

Off The Ground LLC produced high-quality drone footage for the Town of Fuquay-Varina, focusing on visual documentation of key municipal zones. In addition to project-specific imagery, we captured cinematic aerial visuals of the town’s downtown district to support future marketing, planning, and community engagement efforts.

Off The Ground LLC was hired by a homeowner in Raleigh following a severe storm to provide a detailed drone roof inspection for insurance documentation. The aerial imagery revealed damage that wasn't visible from the ground, helping the client quickly move forward with their claim. After approval, we were contracted to monitor the full roof replacement process — capturing progress photos, providing updates, and ensuring the work stayed on track from start to finish.

Aerial imagery was used to capture a rural real estate listing in Pennsylvania where traditional photos fell short. The property’s expansive acreage and natural features were best viewed from above, allowing potential buyers to clearly see boundaries, terrain, and access points. High-resolution drone photography helped convey the full scale of the land and generated increased interest in the listing.

Aerial footage captured during a recent road trip through mountainous regions was developed into a cinematic visual package highlighting winding roads, elevated vistas, and dramatic terrain. These sweeping drone shots are ideal for tourism boards, outdoor recreation campaigns, or environmental storytelling — offering a fresh, high-altitude perspective on the natural beauty and scale of mountain landscapes.
